The crafting of the cards, playability and overall game flow were an instrumental part of the Omertá game design, with Weapons designed for use with specific character boosts, Commissions, which are instant plays from a players hand during the game, and of course, the 5 Omertá cards or vows, which are a game winner if you can manage to bring all 5 into play!
